| Best Appys App Awards 2011 | Angry Birds won App of the Year Posted: 12 Apr 2011 11:25 PM PDT  On 11th April of 2011, The Carphone Warehouse Appys had organised an App awards ceremony to honor app development. All the Appys nominees were nominated by panel judges and the winners were voted by over 30,000 people from public. The public had chosen their favourite apps in 10 categories and the biggest app winner is Rovio's Angry Birds which won the Best Game App 2011 and App of the year. Congratulations to Angry Birds on the awards and the latest Angry Birds Rio game had hit more than 10 million download milestones since its release on March 22.
